Coffee Talks

Join informal, small-group discussions with HPE leaders and peers. These sessions, held in the Coffee Talk area of the exhibit hall, provide a unique opportunity for conversations and networking in a relaxed setting.

Wellness Sessions

Start your day right with invigorating wellness sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. These sessions will energize you for a full day of learning and networking.

Exhibit Hall

Explore the latest products, technologies and services in health and physical education. Connect with exhibitors, try out new equipment, and discover resources to enhance your professional practice!

Workshops

These in-depth, hands-on sessions offer extended learning opportunities on the last day of the convention. Note: Additional ticket purchase is required.

Opening General Session and Closing General Session

SHAPE America hosts two general sessions, one to open the event on Tuesday evening, and one to close the event on Friday evening, where we honor outstanding achievements in our field, including a live announcement of the 2025 National Teachers of the Year.
