Each year, SHAPE America is alerted that outside service providers have contacted our convention attendees to do one of the following: a) offer to assist in securing hotel accommodations; b) state that because the official event venue has been overbooked, they will locate alternate hotel accommodations (for an additional fee); or c) state that they are able to sell copies of the attendee list. Please note that they do NOT represent SHAPE America, nor have we authorized them or anyone else to contact attendees on our behalf.

Several companies may reach out and claim to offer SHAPE America convention attendee lists. Please note that SHAPE America manages its attendee mailing lists and will only make physical mailing addresses available to SHAPE America National Convention exhibitors. WE NEVER SELL EMAIL LISTS to third-party vendors or agents, and companies purporting to offer National Convention attendee lists are not affiliated with SHAPE America in any way. Event attendees should not share any personal information, including credit card information, with third-party service providers that are not Maritz, and should follow the booking instructions on SHAPE America’s Housing & Travel page to make all hotel reservations.
